SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and refer to our Refunds & Cancellations policy for more details.
You will be required to send a photo of the damaged product to supportwaverlo@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.
7. International Shipping Policy
We ship to most international locations. If you have questions about whether we can deliver to your specific country, please reach out to our support team.
