Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your request is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, feel free to contact us at the same email address.


Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it.

In the event of a damaged or defective product, please email supportwaverlo@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. A refund or resolution can only be processed after this verification.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.


Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return is processed and accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
